In our efforts to provide the best services possible, the Mississippi State Board of Medical Licensure (MSBML) is pleased to announce we are making some improvements to our online licensure application system. Beginning July 19, 2019 at 5 p.m. central standard time (CST) through August 1, 2019 at 8 a.m. CST, our current online application systems (Online Services, Licensee Search, and Licensure Verifications) will be shut down for system upgrades. During this time, you will not be able to submit or complete any related online licensure application processes, including license renewals, verify a license, download an electronic database, or login to the profile system.
Any license applications and payments that have not been submitted by July 19, 2019 at 5 p.m. CST must be resubmitted on August 1, 2019 after 8:00 a.m. through the new Medical Enforcement and Licensing System (MELS). MSBML suggests using the Google Chrome browser when accessing MELS.
